List Your Property on JuneauRENT

If you have a rental property you want to advertise online, you have come to the right place! Our service is professional and affordable. We offer several price packages to fit your needs. The descriptions of the various package deals are listed below.

Basic Package - $60

This lists your property for one month in our database. For this package, you must provide the images.

Photo Package - $100

This lists your property for one month in our database. For this package, I will shoot pictures (maximum 6 rooms/images) of your property. We use high-resolution, DSLR-style digital cameras with wide-angle lenses (15-30mm) for these images.

Additional Services:

Extended Listing - $20/Month

If you have a property that you rent seasonally and would like to not have to pay the $60 set up fee every time you want to list the property, we will maintain the listing in our database for only $20/month (or you can save money and buy a whole year's listing for $200). So for $260 ($60 set-up fee + $200 annual listing) you can have your property listed for an entire year (active or inactive whenever you choose). That's only $21.66 a month for the first year! After the first year, with an active listing, each year is only $16.67 a month ($200/year).

With this service you can activate or deactivate your listing with a simple email. Without this service, at the end of the month, the property will be purged from the database and the owner would need to pay the Basic Package fee to have the property re-listed.

Payment Options

To decrease the cost to the customer we bill directly. We accept check or money order for payment. Customers maintaining listings in the database will be billed on a monthly or yearly cycle depending on which method they choose. For more information, contact us via the contact page on this site.
